What identification should I bring?
Each signer should have acceptable, current government-issued photo identification.
Does the mobile fee include notarization?
The mobile fee covers travel and service. Each notarial act is $10 unless a package price is agreed upon.
Are evenings and weekends more expensive?
No separate surcharge is currently added. Appointments are subject to availability.
Can the notary provide legal advice?
No. Questions about document content or legal effect should be directed to an attorney or document preparer.
Should I sign before the appointment?
Do not sign in advance when the signature must be witnessed by the notary.
Do I need witnesses?
Witness requirements depend on the document and should be confirmed before scheduling.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment methods will be confirmed during scheduling and finalized before public launch.
